“Brian did an amazing job for me. This was a funny one as my tenants gave notice they were vacating in March and didn't actually move out until September. Brian went with us to look at the house in March, then politely called me each month to check in. Once the tenants moved out Brian took over! I did one walk through with the tenants prior to them moving out and he did the rest. Brian did the final walk through to make sure the house was clean and not damaged.
