 Designed with traditional small-town character accented with charming Americana architecture, River Village’s 1,100 homes will offer a variety of traditional single and multi-family homes, three private recreation centers, convenient neighborhood shopping and two miles of new trails along the Santa Clara River. Traditional bike trails and paseo paths will connect to shopping, recreation centers and the park. Situated east of Bouquet Canyon Road and north of the Santa Clara River, over 60% of the River Village property (400 acres) will remain as natural areas, including the Santa Clara River and spectacular 30-acre oak arroyo, similar in feel to the 70-acre oak park in the Valencia Summit village. The park will also include five acres of park uses, including sports fields, restrooms and picnic areas.
